Interesting. Of course, like everything else in our litigious society expect this to be challenged in court at some point.
Maybe this NIL might actually be much more beneficial to us than what we were expecting!

As is, the PM pMiami thing was likely to happen and guarantee you that just as there are some so-called charities that burn donations on high salaries, and questionable expenses, for certain this is likely occurring within some collectives.
Unfortunately, and I don’t disagree at all with you in principal, whatever oversight regulatory system is put in place, 3 or 4 years after that we will be asking, who’s regulating the regulators? As Dylan wrote, “Money doesn’t talk, it swears”.
