I could not agree more, you keep doing what works until the opposition makes youI just dont understand how 1 year we go fram amazing plate disciple to this. Almost the entire team. That was the key to success last year IMO

The best advice I ever got when starting my own business regarding negotiations; get a position, KNOW the What, How and the Why of that position frontwards and backwards, put it on the table, then STFU until the people across from you make you talk by countering.
