You are welcome.Mets do what Yankees haven't been able to do this season-take a series from Tampa Bay,
Alvarez didn’t play today, it was Perez. Plus, el Gary is being called up.Alvarez looking more confident behind plate--pick off todaymshowed strong arm.
Sanchise 1-9 with 5 strikeouts in last 3 minor league games. Maybe gets off to quick short hot start then I see a big time flame out.Alvarez didn’t play today, it was Perez. Plus, el Gary is being called up.
This team needs an injection somewhere. Dull and lifeless are not good words. He’ll, I’d bring up Mauricio as well. On top of that Baty, Alvarez, Vientos and Mauricio should ALL play.
Who sits? Canha, Voglebach, Catcher(!?) and 2B.
McNeil to OF, Baty 3B, Mauricio 2B, Vientos DH and AlvarezC.
I am not kidding. The offense has been putrid. Experience doesn’t happen sitting on the bench. Sure, Baty and Alvarez have been so so. Let them keep playing. If they are players they’ll figure it out. If not, they won’t.
Nimmo, even though he was drafted out of HS as an OF. But I get your point.Mauricio is a wild swinger. Once you make peace with that, his hard contact is pretty remarkable and will only get better as he gets older and stronger.
I just find it so hard to believe this kid hasn’t been playing the outfield since the day we signed Lindor with McNeil, Baty, and Vientos ahead of him. He’s 6’3 with a rocket arm and + speed.
When was the last time the Mets developed an outfielder? I really don’t even consider Conforto since he was drafted as basically a finished product out of college and debuted in the bigs after a year,
I loved watching the local Tampa TV station (WTVT) crying over this series. They were off to such a great start that they thought that they were going to go 162-0!!! LOL!!!2/3 from a good Rays team. Still not much offense but enough today. Hopefully this gets the Mets going a little.
Mauricio will never be a “high” on base guy. He has gotten somewhat better but he is known to chase so he doesn’t walk a lot. He’s still young. However, he has power and drives the ball.Mauricio is a wild swinger. Once you make peace with that, his hard contact is pretty remarkable and will only get better as he gets older and stronger.

They actually have a lot of fans but the fanbase is not as good as their hockey fanbase. The team is considering a move to a new, state of the art stadium in Orlando. All 10 fans were upset?
Rays owned by Stu Sternberg St. John’s grad. Interesting.

Don’t blame Brooklyn Red here. It was Gary Cohen who mistakenly credited Alvarez with the pick off. He corrected himself because it was Perez.Alvarez didn’t play today, it was Perez. Plus, el Gary is being called up.
Worse yet I worked at the American Stock Exchange just like Sternberg and I sure as heck don’t share his success. I missed the boat…They actually have a lot of fans but the fanbase is not as good as their hockey fanbase. The team is considering a move to a new, state of the art stadium in Orlando.
Lots of successful SJU grads. wHat happened to me?
I was just kidding. We're healthy, happy and we have great families. We've already won life's lottery!Worse yet I worked at the American Stock Exchange just like Sternberg and I sure as heck don’t share his success. I missed the boat…
