Look for the Danes to climb back up near the top. They are one of the top teams in the America East if not the best.
Tough to have NBA aspirations these days when you can’t shootRichmond knows the next step is the draft. I certainly don’t know for sure, but I expect him to step up to the plate when it matters most. He should know what’s at stake. It sucks, but such is the nature of the beast nowadays.
I missed most of the game unfortunately but gat dayum that dunk from Smith. I knew he could jump but that was something.
Which one?My wife wanted to show me a NPR Tiny Desk concert and I told her I’d mute the game. She thought I was being sarcastic when I pleaded with her to put it on. Much better viewing experience now lol
TV on the Radio. It was pretty good!Which one?
You mean they blew a 17 point first half lead?!?Kentucky was up for it though. They scored the first 17 points. After that, they probably took their foot off the gas (and I'm sure Pope started doing some subbing).
Every P5 school has these "worthless" games. Not every school has taken care of business in this part of the schedule like we have. As others have said, let's just enjoy the ride.Take nothing from these worthless games.
See you guys on Tuesday!!!
Agree w comment on KR but shouldn't be that way. That being said, I thought the game turned w flagrant 1 when Bryant kid tried to decapitate Zuby w a shove to the neck.I hope KR only has this cavalier attitude for the OOC/early part of the schedule, and that he turns it on once BE play begins next week. The game turned tonight when Smith came in and gave the team some energy, instead of KR's walk up the court/ passing into traffic/driving into traffic/lackadaisical D. He looks out of shape.
In my Jim Mora "Playoffs?! Playoffs?!" voice. "Perspective?! Perspective?! Do you expect any perspective from some folks?! Diddly-poo!"Or one way to look at it is that statistically we are #13 and #14 on two of the most respected sites.
We were projected to win this game 88-68. Our defense didn’t hold up but I honestly expected that with a high 3 point shooting variance. Our offense did more than enough to dominate and cover the spread but instead this board would rather spend 2 pages focusing on 1 of 3 Kadary turnovers, who admittedly and statistically was our only below average player who played over 10 minutes. But all I’m asking for is a little perspective.
This is our best team since 1999 and I know a lot of us are hurt from the last 25 years (me I was 5 when we won our last NCAA tournament game so I truly have never seen them advance) and especially last year when we were left out of the dance, but come on people. Enjoy the ride and celebrate this team rather than acting like every turnover or missed 3 is a slight against you personally.
Some players it is a roller coaster ride watching them. With me so far with Richmond I basically fluctuate between annoyance and exasperation. The next time Richmond dives for a loose ball will be his first. If I remember correctly last year Dingle didnt dive for a ball and Pitino yanked him right out. Annoys me Pitino not doing the same with Richmond
Prefer UMass Lowell but who knows it's the America East..... I went to Binghamton so that's the only reason I follow it.Look for the Danes to climb back up near the top.
all the fans in my section were pumped seeing him check in... then saw him leave after one possession... think Rick was pissed at KR and wanted to speak to him quick- he sat right in the Coaches chair- then right back in.Poor Lefty. He checked in with about 5 minutes to go in the 1st half. I was so excited to see him get some real burn. Then, 20 seconds later, he was yanked right out of the game.
What was that about?
