Either or both would be nuts to leave CRP.
The progress they have made under him is just incredible, especially Zuby, and you would have to think they are aware of that. A few more hundred thousand dollars next year elsewhere at another school will probably not change their lives, but continued improvement and possibly being first round draft picks certainly would.
He is a Senior with no eligibility left after this season.
Matt already working on the powerpoint slides / bar graphs/ pivots to highlight the potential Future earnings under Rick vs. immediate monetary gain elsewhere (ex: AJ Storr)

His freshman year was the covid year, then he redshirted his sophomore year due to an ACL tear. He has only used 3 years of eligibility
You bring up a good point about his freshman year being the Covid year and he and anyone else not in the Ivy League was given another year. He missed the next year to injury and but this is his fourth year and is the last year that the extra year due to Covid is to be utilized. So I am not sure he qualifies for another year.

The Covid year doesn't count towards eligibility. He has only played 3 seasons. His redshirt will allow him to play next year.
getting my SJ rumor fix- perusing the Trilly discord- he mentioned Sim and Brady are on his transfer “radar”… neither have made to his “Intel” section- where he posts pics of kids expected to leave…

He posted Nijel Pack from Miami today. Claims he's likely to get a medical redshirt to be eligible again next season. That's the biggest name he's posted so far.
I don't know anything but I doubt he'd come here after he was dropped when RP took over...
He has completed three seasons (two at VCU with a redshirt in the middle and one season at FSU). This is his second season at FSU and fourth overall. This is the use of his redshirt season.
Covid year does effect eligibility which is why Posh Alexander, Zed Key and others are able to play this year even though they have already completed four years of eligibility without redshirting.

Watkins would be an insane addition. Gets to the line, rebounds, shoots the three well, can handle, and you know the VCU guys defend.
