Considering he’s almost 84 that’s 70 + 14 more years than that. I’m watching my 88 year old grandmother falling apart, so…Uh, I know many 70 year old, and older, men and women, who are as sharp as a tack.![]()

My bad. Thanks for clarifying bama. My apologies guiness77. Mea culpa.Think he was referring to Dickie V who is 83 years old
Sorry to hear about your grandmother. That's never easy to deal with. And again, my apologies. I thought you were referring to Pitino's age. Bamafan straightened me out!Considering he’s almost 84 that’s 70 + 14 more years than that. I’m watching my 88 year old grandmother falling apart, so…
My dad is almost 69 now, and although his health isn’t what it once was, he is most definitely still sharper than a tack, fingers crossed that it continues that way!Sorry to hear about your grandmother. Selfishly want this one to come to fruition. From Zach, and Paultzman mentioned y'day:
One name I'm hearing connected to St. John's a lot is Naheim Alleyne, UConn transfer who started career at Virginia Tech. Grad transfer. Very good 3-and-D player.
Right, your friend's son? Man, that'd be great on a couple fronts!Selfishly want this one to come to fruition.
Yes. I mean, christ, I haven’t seen him in a long time but I’ve known him since elementary school and he’s definitely a good dude. He was a good player in his own right. One of the best in our town and we lost to state champs in the county semis in ‘95.Right, your friend's son? Man, that'd be great on a couple fronts!
Today shows you that I was serious. The man knows what he's doing. Is this a serious post or a joke?
Our peers are getting higher level transfers compared to us. I’m a little concerned for next year
seriously! Last week people said oh no nooo committts. Now we have 4 in a few days. Just cause they may be higher level transfers, doesnt that mean better quality. If it was anderson as coach yeah maybe, but rick. Come on smile a little it was a good weekend here!
Give Rick a chance. He is not done recruiting by a long shot!Getting commits is good but at the end of the day we gotta go out on the floor and compete with these other teams and I worry about them having better talent
I know he’s not done. And I will totally give Rick a chance. I’m excited for the season regardless.Give Rick a chance. He is not done recruiting by a long shot!
With the best coach. Don’t have to win the league in year one. I’ll be happy being on the right side of the bubble.I know he’s not done. And I will totally give Rick a chance. I’m excited for the season regardless.
I just don’t love the moves so far. Feels like we need some BIG commitments to fill out the rest of this roster or else talent wise we will be one of the lower tier teams in the conference next season
There’s some really good coaches in the Big East man. I rock with pitino but it’s a lot to ask of the guy to come in with a roster inferior to most of the league year one and make the tournament immediately. With the best coach.
