The guy was clueless:
He used his last TO with 17 minutes to go in the game!
He never adjusted his defense to stop our 3 point barrage in the first half!
He never adjusted his defense to stop our dunk-a-thon in the second half!
He let his guys go too much one on one on offense, no team concept or offensive sets!
He let his guys turn the ball over over and over again!
Instead of talking to his team he was constantly whining to the refs!
Instead of motivating his team he just stood there with a wry grin, shrugging his shoulders!
He never let Mike Hopkins draw up any plays during the TOs, how's he gonna learn to be the next HC?!
There's probably a lot more, but I'm just so upset at the way things went tonight that I can't even think straight!

Taking a small break from the glow of tonight's game to issue a plea to Mullin and Matt A: Please recruit someone next year that has lifted a weight once.

I know he won 1,000 games give or take away a few NCCAA forfeitures and a title, but honestly playing against a zone takes a lot of pressure away from you. Anyone who has ever played basketball would rather play against a zone than man.

Fire Boeheim! One major factor in tonight's game was we finally showed offensive coaching. As I suggested to use the high post against their zone. Excellent passing and drives off the foul line by Ahmed and Yakwe.
Our rebounding was spread out evenly - 42 from 6 players.
I thought our zone worked in the first half. Got a little nervous wihen Coleman scored three easy layups off Yakwe at the start of second half. Fortunately all their starters were in foul trouble.
Surprised White from Nebraska was a no show, especially after seeing his offensive game in previous games.
Ellison keeps improving with another sound game.
Bashir Ahmed finally playing under control.
, maybe because it was against a zone defense. Hopefully the coaches are getting on his ass and he's learning from his mistakes. Watching films helps.
Owens able to stop some drives with his consistent blocks.
Freudenberg getting more playing time and will get better.
Kudos to our kids and the coaching staff.

I have gone back and forth more times than the SI Ferry on Ellison. Best I can come up with is he is a mistake player that needs minutes for the good to outweigh the bad.
