I try not to look too much into a Tweet, however i didn't like coach lavs last tweet about moe....gave me an uneasy feeling....hope I'm just reading too much into it
His tweets are getting annoying. All P/R crap. Why talk up your best player, who is not ready for the NBA by a mile, just to make it look like you are developing NBA talent? God bless you Lav but it was not you that coached this kid this year so it should not count toward your record of sending players to the NBA.
Lay off the PR juice and deliver 4 players in the next 4 weeks or street cred or no street cred, if you advise Moe to go pro and he goes in the 2nd round and gets cuts, next year will be a nightmare and the cred will damaged.

Agreeing with Dinkins again, maybe we can get along. I love Lavin's tweets. Let the world know we are St. John's and we aren't going anywhere. He is right, when you start recruiting the best talent some are going to leave. We just need more bodies to become a program and fill those spots. Keep it up coach and go get them! He's been on a tear, huh? LOL It was a headscratcher tweet, in reference to Moe. '72 is correct in saying the tweet--and many of his other tweets--as being PR moves. It's all about salesmanship with Lavin. Probably, even moreso considering he's trying to build up the program due to him being unavailable this season and for the long haul.
