Hi Frank. This is known as The Advanced Art of Cryptic-Tology--an ancient way of communicating practiced today solely by CIA and MI6 types.
The rest of us resort to tea leaf reading.
My view these days, is they'll tell us when they're ready--or we'll know when whatever 'it' is, happens.
