Oh man when I see the name Doherty I think of 2 posters on the opposite ends of the Doh SpectrumI would say Hewitt, Seth and McKillop are the leaders.
Doherty is like in a special wing of his own.

Thank you for sharing where that one came fromYes. This one is a replica that was hand made by someone I know who had family associated with the school.
Similar, yes. Ron G. wore a chevron t-shirt that was sold back then though.Same V chevron sweater?

Sounds like some things at SJU never changeWas at the game today and was disappointed they did not introduce former Lou players/coaches who were at the game today.
Just don’t get it.Was at the game today and was disappointed they did not introduce former Lou players/coaches who were at the game today.
Seems so simple... a standing item on the game day event plan no different than knowing exact time they show anything else on scoreboard or halftime shenanigans.Just don’t get it.
We preach tradition but don’t honor it. Disappointing. Was at the game today and was disappointed they did not introduce former Lou players/coaches who were at the game today.
I was told that at Sunday Supper with Looie about 85 former players would be in attendance. Not only weren't they announced, by and large were not part of video tributes. I was disappointed that at the very least they weren't acknowledged by name. And they know what formers players and staff are attending as our ticket office handles the requests. I know 5-6 of my former basketball managers attended in addition to players and staff.

It wasn't the place for that at all, but there were dozens of former players at Looie's funeral. Some traveled long distances to attend, and it occurred to me there likely may never be a gathering like that again.

I remember I wanted Hewitt so bad after the great run at Georgia tech.Who are the top 3 ?
Seth,Paul Hewitt, Pat Kennedy ?
It certainly was a nice tribute. I don't how many newer fans remember the Maven who produced a number of episodes of Inside the Big East back in the day.Nice tribute on Coach on Inside the Big East on FS1 yesterday.
