Floodgates opening with VMI's Sean Conway and an unranked Kentucky HS guard Jacob Meyer will keep us very much on brand. (To be clear, I'm not concerned at all -- assuming those are end of the bench/practice pieces)

im not too concerned yet either. The timeline is just interesting. 2 weeks ago I expressed some impatience and was told "just wait until next week". That was last week, it came and went. Then we heard some rumblings of "wait till Easter, a lot of kids are gonna pop on Easter"... nope. Then we were told 48 hours we should have multiple commits. That was around 48 hours ago right???

I am not down on Pitino right now. I am down on the people who are acting like they have sources. It is becoming abundantly clear a lot of people don't and are just waiting like the rest of us
 
Man, I feel like half the board needs a couple of shots and a "gummy". Maybe the last couple of decades has desensitized me. I am looking forward to positive news and ignore the negatives as much as possible. Since I am 600+ miles away and can't buy anyone shots, I will take an extra shot for everyone tonight (collectively - I am not 21 anymore so no way I am doing a few dozen shots), while watching the Yankees game. I will then focus on putting the mellow vibes from this extra shot out into the world for you. Sadly, I am working on a teacher's salary so you're getting Crown Royal or Tito's with lime.
 
Until Pitino has a losing season in year 2 and can’t get any top 100 recruits I’m not concerned. Am a bit nervous we got too far out over our skis on this one thinking we we start magically seeing top 20 guys here the next week. Pitino will get his guys to play his system, coach them up and win. I don’t care if it’s a bunch of 0 stars from Montana, just want to win (and keep the banners up). We got the guy we have wanted for like the last 20 years. Give him a little time to work.

BS. Every coach before Pitino has been able to bring in talent. Maybe not a full team in one cycle but that also falls at the feet of Pitino.

He still has time but enough with the excuses.

We’re losing out on a stud pg with no top targets in sight after dismantling a talented roster. That’s the concern.
