And to say the roster is worse is totally inaccurate as the roster is not yet complete. And even with this incomplete roster, I would argue it is better than last year’s roster.

What was the criticism? Did I joke he was a bad grandfather?

Noah was on campus, if he wanted to come he would’ve committed. I think Pitino takes this “Really wants to be here” thing very seriously.

A kid with a lukewarm attitude after a visit who wants to continue looking to see what’s out there doesn’t seem very committed to the program and vision.

Let the process play out and if the timing is right for the school and the recruit you have a signee.
Some kids pick a commitment date that has significance to them such as a birthday, anniversary of some event or any number of reasons. We need a total of 5-6 guards so by my account we could still take 3 more so if coach is so inclined and it works out with Noah good for both parties. (See what some of you guys made me do-pen a long post which isn’t my want ).

Absolutely valid, but if you see what’s been going on, we might have to accept that’s the way Pitino does things. Gardner decommited and said he would still consider SJU, staff quickly leaked they were done with him.

Same with Posh who deleted his post about leaving the door open to coming back.

We heard nothing about any of the kids who visited last week, the kids who did commit only visited us or took no visits at all.

The good thing about this is that it’s just my own speculation as to what I think could be going on and I could be far from the truth.

I hear you bamafan. We still have 5 scholarships and as long as at least 3 of them are prime time contributors, we should be just fine. Meanwhile, I'll relax and watch my Knicks.
