Regardless of whether Mackenzie comes to St John ‘s, does anyone think if Rick Pitino was not our Coach , this kid would even bother ?

That’s the kind of clout that Rick has and we may not get all the top kids this year but , we will do great things with the class of 24 .

As anyone can see , a lot of top quality kids are transferring or , decomitting even at this point in time .

Interesting, I thought it'd be earlier.
I could be wrong but I thought his Pitt visit is next weekend May 5 - 6/7...so I expected he'd announce or signal something by the 7th/8th.
But, whatever, just hope we get him.

Just my feeling but I think he wants to go to college or else why put out that list of four schools. Plus he was committed to Duke. Don’t like our chances against those other three schools, but this is what you hire Pitino for. Presumably he won’t be meeting with us twice if we didn’t have the NIL money, but what do I know, we’ve yet to land any top targets.
