Believe this is first time since the new BE was formed in 2014 that we have multiple teams in the Sweet 16 and also a first that a team other than Nova made it to Sweet 16 from the new BE.

That is not accurate.

Villanova Champion (and Sweet 16) in 2015-2016, and 2017-2018.

Xavier made it to the Sweet 16 in 2014-215, and Elite 8 in 2016-17. 

Butler made it to the Sweet 16 in 2016-2017.

I'm probably in the small minority here when I say ; I could care less what other conferences do. I barely even care much what our conference does. 

And to add to that, can anyone really remember what conferences did well in what particular year over the past decade in the NCAA tournament? Seems unlikely.

The problem is it'll largely be forgotten if Michigan wins it all.

FSU HC Hamilton is so solid and has been successful at two football schools. Looks like they will beat Colorado to advance.

LSU put up a good effort. But Michigan is a better team.

I wanted to see another SEC team in the Sweet 16. But I'm relieved one of Arkansas biggest ***rivals in Basketball and Football won't be waiting in this Tournament.

***Battle for the Golden Boot is a tradition between Ark and LSU football.

Hamilton recently signed 5 year contract extension at 71 years old.  Remarkable coaching career, belongs in HOF, imo.
