Figgy responding after early foul trouble.
3-3 from deep, 11 points. All clean. Fun game to watch, up and down.
 
High scoring affair between Iowa & Oregon, LJ a factor w 11 so far in first half despite foul trouble. Hit three 3s. Oregon up 6 w minute left 
 
Iowa defends poorly and Oregon so far too quick for them. At half Oregon up 56-46

When Cuse is hitting their shots they look great and can beat anyone, but when they're not....

Iowa tends to struggle against athletic,  defensive minded teams. They've got their work cut out for them in the 2nd half. I got Oregon as one of my big long shots(LSU too)  to win it all. If they get to round of 16 I start hedging.

Figgy 3 for 3 from three in first half for 11 points. Only way Oregon loses is if they get in 2nd half foul trouble - 4 of their starting 5 have 2 fouls at half. I have Oregon in Elite 8 in both my brackets so rooting hard.

This performance from the Big Ten conference this year is one of the most shocking things I’ve seen in March madness. 

Unless Iowa comes back it’ll be just Michigan and Maryland left and they still have to play.

True story - about a month ago when we were making our tournament push, I told my dad my dream path would be win a 7/10 game and then play Iowa in the second round.

i just felt our athleticism would be too much for them. Yea Garza would be a mismatch, but he has 26 point right now on Oregon and they’re still getting killed

Hahaha I did not foresee this kind of beat down but I did think we could get past Iowa. Never thought they were very good. Of all the Big Ten teams I thought they were the frauds. Turns out they weren’t alone

he went down fighting. 3 of the other starters on Iowa put up a goose egg. And obviously their defense got wrecked.

No other way to slice it, you get 4 of the top 8 teams in the Tourney (2 number 1s and 2 number 2s) and 5 out of the top 16 and 4 don't make their way out of the 2nd round, 2 get bounced in the first round.

That is a disaster.

Yeah this is bad. Can anyone remember a conference having as bad of a showing (based on expectations) as the Big 10 this year or to go the other way a power conference having as good of a start as the PAC 12?
