NCAA Tournament Discussion

Looks like Tennessee about to blow a 23 point lead to Iowa. One point game now with 4 minutes left.

Tennessee just got a horrendous call against them. Clean block on a three called a foul and kid makes all three, also negated a breakaway. Five point swing. Tie game

Just horrible. That should be reviewable

I want to add something to your point, which is 100% accurate, BTW.

How great has Gene Steratore been this weekend? He has not been afraid to call these refs out on their incompetence. But more then that, he also explains how refs deal with coaches, deal with each other, what they're looking for on the court, what they're looking for on replay, etc.

You can make the case that he has been the biggest star of this weekend (which speaks to the state of college basketball officiating, that he has to be on so much). He has been a pleasure, and I've learned something in the process, too. Bravo to Gene.

Watching Tenessee in overtime and thinking......imagine being so deep that you can leave Admiral Schofield on the bench with four fouls, just in case you need him later.

Game is only half way over but for the Tariq Owens bashers he is playing pretty well and is one half away from making the sweet sixteen. Hard to look down on the optics of that when the entire Big East was so poor.

It can be a great job. And there are lots of recruits on West Coast who would excel in the Syracuse defense there. I'm just not sure they get much better than this.

Duke loosing to UCF by 2 with under 4 to go.
Go UCF. They are scoring outside and in. Very impressed with Dawkins coaching tonight.

Some schools have a black cloud over them, and some have constant good fortune. We are not the second. Duke, unfortunately, is.

Wow crazy game. UCF lost when they pulled a SJ play and forced an alley-oop 2 on 1 missing horribly when they should've just gotten the easy layup. Cost them in the end.

Arrrgggh! Sooo close to a stunner!!
Oh well.
Meanwhile TT solidly beating Buffalo.
Maybe Oates’ luster will dim just a tad?
Lol.

Calls at the end of the Duke game were a disgrace. UCF was absolutely robbed. Didn't realize Dawkins son played for UCF. UCF was a feel good story this year. I wouldn't mind Dawkins as a coach at all, although I'd prefer a younger guy..

Zion could easily have been called for offensivecon his last drive
