McDermott post game:

”"We live in a world of excuses...we had a lot of opportunities to have excuses this year as to why the season wasn't going to continue to progress as it was, but we didn't do it. In this day and age, that's pretty impressive."
Must read our board.
Was thinking the exact same thing.

Or any board, we aren't that unique!

Cooley has the Friars on their game today; gonna be an interesting game vs Kansas.  If I'm a Terp fan--he's the BE coach I would want.  It will be fascinating if he stays a Friar and remains in his hometown.  It will definitely show him to be a person of integrity in turning down mega bucks to stay home.
His integrity is evidenced by is daily actions. Not by turning down a job that pays much more money.

So impressed with St. Peter's.  These kids play hard with strong fundamentals and definitely have a clear idea of what they want to do on offense.

Fundamentals & clear offense...

Must be nice...

Edert with huge runner with shot clock winding down and a big three.

The Edert kid is great.  St Johns needs a shooter.  She if he wants to play in the big east.  Hes a baller and is automatic from 3 and the free throw line.

Doug Edert went to Bergen Catholic here in New Jersey.   *Edit

And St. Peters plays in Philadelphia next game.  Maybe Halloway can recommend Willard for the St. Peter's job.
