NCAA Tournament 2022

All I'm going to say is I have had some very direct experience with Duke with one of my kids and they are a first class university in every way. Think there is more than a little jealousy involved with the Duke hate.

Ya reckon? Doesn't make it wrong. But also some of us aren't as enamored with preening schmos with the self righteous hypocrisy white privelige can bring as others. Plus my only HS classmate who went there is exactly the type of Richard you would expect him to be. ;)

anybody notice Duke took the lead the other night late on a 3 pointer, and Coach K took the ol "Steve Lavin timeout" and killed the momentum? The place was going berserk I have no idea why he did that. UNC would go on to score out of the timeout.

What a second half run by Kansas of 31-10 to erase a 15 pt deficit put them up 6.

UNC with 4 pts to cut it back to 2.

I know Self believed his 2020 team may have been his best team and they were robbed of a chance to win it when it Tourney was cancelled.

This makes up for it. Great game.

Hard to argue against Self being a top 10 All Time coach now.

UNC’s lack of depth may have ignited their late season run, but it came back to hurt them in the title game.

Pretty good first year at the helm for Hubert Davis. Always liked the former Knick and happy for him as his guys have nothing to be ashamed of. Congrats to Kansas. Very enjoyable tournament and also a good showing for Nova.

Self went to the CMA school of inbounding the ball in late game situations.
Disagree. The player inbounding didn’t hold on to the ball too long and then make a dumb pass that lead to a turnover which is our norm. The foul was on the player who received the ball getting to close to the line which he didn’t have to do as he had room and stepping out. Poor execution on his part.

Somewhere in NC, Dinkins is smiling as neither NC team won the championship.
