First and third after two, two out hits from Nimmo and Vientos, he takes a get me over nothing pitch for strike one, swings at a pitch 6 inches outside for strike two, takes a ball, and then rolls over lunging on a pitch 2 inches off the ground for an easy ground out. Just taking very weak at bats with RISP.

WOW Vientos--I said it before that I was not expecting this kind of season from him BUT he has proved he belongs.

Gary and Ron were dead-on (for multiple reasons) with saying they should’ve walked Vientos for Alonso in the extras. Oh well!

Sny just showed an incredible graphic. Vientos OPS is .905, which leads all third basemen in majors with minimum 350 plate appearances
