Homeland And All Things Maher

Just got a three-month trial to Apple TV so I’m gonna plow through a bunch of those. I started with Presumed Innocent. I’ve already watched Ted Lasso, Black Bird and Severance. Presumed Innocent is definitely a hard show not to binge. Good show, interesting twist, good acting, nothing overly special though. Like most of these crime shows, I found it a little unrealistic at times but I wouldn’t tell anyone not to watch it. I think I’m gonna start Slow Horses tomorrow and I’m pretty intrigued by Silo.
For a movie watch Greyhound on Apple TV

I’m still rolling through Mr. Robot when I get some free time but I like to have a weekly one to look forward to. The Penguins been great

Check out The Morning Show on Apple TV

So, now, most ways through Season 2 Slow Horses, as good or better than Season 1. Getting to know the characters better helps. Gary Oldham is great as a slovenly, older, alcoholic fuck-up (not really) MI5 Agent.Spies with some humor thrown in.
Season 2, put it in the Books, can't wait to get to seasons 3 and 4, now that the Yankees crapped the bed. Oldham's Lamb's character one of the best ever on t.v., a bit like Columbo but with better writers.

I'm late to this show, but I just binged the two seasons of "Detroiters" on Netflix.

Goofy, absurdist and sometimes crude comedy, but I'm still lmao at some of these scenes.

I just saw this was on Netflix last week. The driving crooner is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen in my life.

Watched the first two episodes of Say Nothing on Hulu and all I gotta say is……Yoooooo

Finished Slow Horses. Liked it a lot. You have to suspend reality at times, like you have to with a lot of those types of shows, but it’s fun and Gary Oldman is hilarious.

Say Nothing on FX/Hulu. I had watched the first 2 in the post above it. Amazing show so far.
I’ll take your recs. Still rolling through Mr. Robot and loving it. I’ve really slowed down all my TV watching last few months tho

Luckily I’m allowed to stream TV if it’s slow at work and thankfully it’s been slow. I said it when I was watching it, seasons 3 and 4 of Mr. Robot are some peak TV imo. The Don’t Delete Me episode was one of the most beautiful episodes I’ve ever watched of any show.

Say Nothing is about The Troubles in Northern Ireland in the early 70s. It’s a subject I know a little of but it’s definitely an eye opener regardless.
