Homeland And All Things Maher

This whole country was buzzing last night over the finale of Line of Duty. I have yet to watch an episode but it has a 94 on rotten tomatoes including 4 seasons of 100.

really enjoyed line of duty.
saw season 5 here in the states, quite a while ago.
this past week was watchathon - free access to a few "high" channels.
binged on season 4 and 5 of boardwalk empire - i had seen the first 3 seasons many years ago. great series.

I've never heard of this show till reading this but just googled it and it looks like something we are going to like a lot

Me either and after googling it I'll forget it exists within a few days.  ;)

Ocean Restaurant in Bayville. Their cold lobster roll was fantastic plus clawbiance with the best view on Long Island. 9.5 claw rating

Louie's in Port Washington, any good?

Butler's Flat Clam Shack any good?

I love Bigelow's in Rockville Centre.

Havent been to Louies in a few years it's great view so even if the roll is ok it has clawbiance. Butlers Flat I liked a lot for lunch

Beautiful day on the St. John's campus for my sons high school graduation.

Love all of the Red Hook stuff (have to admit this, but I am not a Lobster fan, my only seafood choices tend to fried or shrimp cocktail, raw oysters, tunafish, tuna ahi seared, swordfish (blackened) and that is pretty much it.

No crabs, clams, mussels, scallops, lobsters, salmon or any of the other fishes (except as mentioned).

So I cannot weigh in whatsoever on the Lobster Roll discussion, but since my wife and two grown daughters love lobster rolls, I can put their two cents in by proxy.

In Maine I did try Lobster 3x and each time put the melted butter onto my baked potato and the lobster onto other family member's plates.

Highly recommend Mare of Easton on HBO Plus, Kate Winslet and Jean Smart are excellent actresses. Great show.

The Delaware County, Pa accents are terrific.

Jean Smart was great in that AND in Hacks (and Watchmen for those that haven't watched that yet).  She's a scene stealer even in small roles.  Far cry from Designing Women.  LOL

My buddy that recommended Kominsky just texted us to watch hacks

If you liked the series "Leverage" years ago on TNT, you'll like "Leverage:Redemption" on Amazon. The entire original cast is back, with the exception of Timothy Hutton, whose character has been replaced by Noah Wylie.
