The Brits have looked awful and people here think Southgate is terrible. He needs to figure something out. There is too much talent on that team to score so little.

Britain / Great Britain is England, Scotland, Wales & N. Ireland. To lump the other three in with England does them a discredit! England have indeed looked awful.

Switzerland vs Italy - nothing neutral here in the battle of the Alps, there may be holes in the cheese but not the goal, the Swiss to prevail.

Germany vs Denmark - home team all the way, Kai Havertz scores again.

England vs Slovakia - love to see an upset but Southgate's underwhelmers will scrape through on a scrappy Kane goal. Prefer if they lose and Saka & Rice can rest.

Spain vs. Georgia - if only the game was in Atlanta... Espana to win.

France vs Belgium - the Saliba-Trossard battle. Fries > Waffles.

Romania vs NetherDutchLand - The Oranj will find a way.

Austria vs Turkey - hmm. These two fought a big ol' war 1788-1791 but not sure who won? That's nobody's business but the Turks. Austria to win, maybe.

Forgot Portugal vs. Slovenia but we know how that's going to end.

The way Austria has been playing they're my not so dark wild horse.
 
How could I possibly forget CR7? Head says Portugeezers, but the slovenly ones will triumph on pens! Viva Laibach!
 
Germany through on a PK and beauty from Mussiala. guinness77 was overjoyed that Moose didn't pass it to a streaking Sane on the other side. :)
 
England looking like crap after first half-fire their coach is the only good thing that come from this game.
 
If England don't advance Southgate gone is a certainty.

Sadly if the US don't advance I don't have that same certainty.
