That Big East ratings article is outdated, highest rated FS1 game was the Nova Xavier one with 538k.

The games on big Fox have been drawing well. I'm very confident the Big East finals will have over a million viewers.

Today was a good day in terms of bids. The teama that needed to win won.

We have a good shot at 5 teams getting bids and 2 one seeds. That'd be fantastic.
 
If our freshman improve at the same rate as Whitehead, Delgado, and Desi I will be a very happy guy.

Barring injuries I can see Sima and Yakwe having outstanding sophomore seasons and Ellison and Mussini both being contributors. The difference between us and the Hall is that their freshman class is of no added value while our staff is adding 5 players who will contribute in a major way.
 
Xavier is a 2 point favorite at Seton Hall today.

Seton Hall is just destroying them. 45-26 at the half.

We'll never know how selling out to Tiny Morton would have worked out here, but it's the only reason Kevin Willard is about to get a contract extension.

I never understood why the hiring of Morton was such a controversial thing. I am not saying that Lavin should have done it here-- the circumstances/ talent levels of the existing rosters were completely different. But for Willard, he had absolutely nothing to lose and it is not like he was the first guy to hire an assistant to lure a player.

Last years St John's vs Duke was one of the highest rated games all year. It led until the tournament.

And they are all sophomores, to boot.

Regardless of how Mullin and staff do on the recruiting and coaching trails, it's going to be tough for us to pass these guys for the next two years.

Last years St John's vs Duke was one of the highest rated games all year. It led until the tournament.

That was on big Fox and wasn't a Big East matchup, but yeah that's the highest rated game involving a Big East team.

Hall just locked up their bid, and should be ranked in the top 25 tomorrow.

I know they're not a popular team here, but good for the Big East because they should do some damage in the tournament. Good for the Big East tournament too if they can win a couple games and their fans show up.

Everytime they showed a close up of the coach on the sidelines I couldn't tell which one it was.
