Gibbs suspended 3 games by SH. Any chance BE adds to that? Make that 2 games.

@NicoleAuerbach: Big East's Val Ackerman: “We support Seton Hall’s decision to suspend Sterling Gibbs for his actions in the Villanova game."

@AdamZagoria: Source also tells @SNYtv Gibbs isn't planning on leaving Seton Hall via graduate transfer after this season.

@SOrangeJuice: @garyparrishcbs Did you see this angle?

I was just going to write that he whacked his own guy first. Maybe more than meets the eye

My emotions get the best of me and that wasn't acceptable at all. I hope you're alright and I will face any consequences coming.

Man that's not who I am. I'm sorry to my family, friends, fans, and team for being an embarrassment. Even more sorry to @RyArch15 .. I let

that just about wraps it up, 100% intentional, no way he plays Saturday.

I give him credit for saying he will accept the consequences and offering direct apologies to Archi and broader ones to fans. He doesn't get a pass, but at least no excuses offered for some Nova transgression.

Kevin Williams would've sent him into the student section.
Apology my ass...............................

Kevin Williams never hit a guy in a game, did he? But he did call out Patrick Ewing, taunting Ewing to try to take a piece of him after a Ewing cheap shot at the Garden. I don't think Gibbs would have been dumb enough to punch KW in the head.

It was amazing how KW's toughness changed that team and that season. I seem to remember Louie saying that one of, if not the biggest mistake he ever made as a coach was not playing KW until he was a senior.

What I believe Lou said after KW was starting and scoring points in the NBA was, "I didn't start him. How smart of a coach could I have been?"

Did Pointer get suspended when he punched that Notre Dame kid in the nuts?

Dom was merely helping the kid adjust his cup. Wow, you really are a strict.

Stupid move last night but I hope he returns to SHU next year. It's for the good of our league. We don't need another DePaul having an atrocious OOC and then damaging resumes in conference play. DePaul actually beat them twice so they helped eliminate them. They've also beat another bubble team Xavier and of course us.
