Butler has postponed games against Northern Kentucky and Kansas State due to positive COVID-19 tests, per release. Bulldogs' next game will be on 12/14 at home versus St. John's.

With 1.3 left, Nova had virtually zero chance of winning this game.
 
Villanova looks like they're about to take an L. This is the sort of stuff that'll occur in early season games. Not to mention, this isn't or won't be your typical season anyhow. It's just one game but a good win for Va. Tech.

I think the obvious takeaway from games around the country is that almost nobody is ready to play. The vast majority of teams are still trying to figure it out. Even the best coaches have not had enough practice time to get their programs running like a well-oiled machine. You know they will, but they just aren't there yet.

I suppose there are a few teams that have a load of returning upperclassmen and maybe need less time to get it together. But right now I think when you watch the games you're just looking for what pieces these teams have and what they may turn into once they have 8 or 10 games behind them.
