Wouldn't go that far. Tie game at half and BC is still an ACC team. Think Nova will pull away.

BC led Nova at halftime and for much of the game, eventually losing by 9
They will be a good test for us - certainly not a push over

Yes. Might be an instance of a team that will outplay their pre-season prognostications. They did not look like a last place ACC team last night.

big 3 for Bradley with 12 seconds left to take thd 50-49 lead. Xavier gets go ahead with 4 left. Bradley at line misses FT for the loss!

Both of these teams look good especially this early.

Xavier eeked out by a point. Neither team didn't shoot it well in what seemed like a "grind it out" game.

Villanova was supposed to play Temple next Thursday but the Owls had to pause their program due to COVID so no game. Virginia Tech's scheduled game Saturday at Mohegan Sun also was canceled. So the Wildcats and Hokies will meet Saturday night at 8 at "Bubbleville."

Don’t envy ADs, staff scrambling to cobble season together

Nova’s big Jeremiah Robinson-Earl is a bonafide star. He was good as a frosh, but clearly seems to have jumped a level. Really like this seasoned, talented and well coached Nova squad, a Final Four contender for sure.

Good player. Even if not that exciting or flashy to watch.
Jay Bilas was fawning over him (and Wright) last night during game. Seemed like he thought he was covering Duke.

Per Xavier Hoops

Due to COVID-19 issues tied to FS1’s production crew, today’s game will not be televised on FS1. Xavier is planning on going live with a stream broadcast on GoXavier.com to replace the FS1 coverage.

I've officially seen it all

Toledo has made a game of it in the first half as they're up 38-34 (at the half) on Xavier.

agreed... and also noted the past few games, X is giving decent minutes to a 6'8 235 grad trans big man from D2 Mercy College... has appetite for rebounding.
yes.. today is their 3rd game in a row
It's both teams third consecutive game in as many days.
