Bama over LSU  105-75 and it wasn't really that close.  I guess Will Wade needs to make several more "strong ass offers".

Did we go after Justin and got turned down, or never really tried? I can't remember at all.

He was gone by the time CMA took over.

Our previous gem was too busy chasing Cam Mack and Valdir Manuel.  And also Keisei Tominiga.

being a SJU fan... worst fear this season.... Julian decides to team up with his brother... completely unfounded... but seems absolutely plausible that it would happen to us lol

Who knows Brian, but being that their father played on St. John's National Champion soccer team and Pitt is never going to win the ACC because the way Duke, NC , Fla St, Virginia etc are so good every year, there might be a better chance of his brother coming home to play with us. With the guys we have returning etc , there's a much better chance of his brother coming home and winning a Big East Championship than Julian going there and winning anything in the ACC. Plus, there would be nothing better than them winning at home in NYC. But, like you said , none of this is based on any fact.

The great thing about college pensions is that they travel with you. What's LSU going to do, publicly demand a refund?

Easy for me to say as a 40-something, but if I'm a big man with limited high-level prep experience, do I really want to travel to the Deep South where I'll get recruited over by next season, or do I stay in the Northeast?

Justin had 31 and 13 against Duke last night, he will be in the NBA next year. He had a couple of 20/20 games before he had an injury.

College is in his rear view mirror.

I'm not saying you're wrong - he's going to be in the discussion for ACC POY and he will probably go.  Especially with the knee injury as a wakeup call about the risk/reward issue.

But shooting 25% from the college 3 point line suggest he might benefit from another year depending on what his draft stock looks like when the time comes.  And that Duke "defense" was not exactly impressive.

The Kentucky Caliparis fall to 4-9, losing @Georgia on a last second layup.

Rothstein

Dana Altman told reporters today that Chris Duarte and LJ Figueroa will not play in Oregon's game on Saturday versus Oregon State due to COVID-19 protocols. Jalen Terry will be available.

Lower stats, COVID non-containment . . . it's almost as if he should have stayed exactly where he was.

Looks like maybe Rutgers was accepting platitudes a bit too soon as they lost their 5th straight to winless in the BIG10 Penn St to fall to 7-6.

Weird that you can be a good coach and your team still loses. I think I've seen that somewhere else before.
