Around College Basketball (non-Big East) 2018/19

What kind of an ankle injury is it? High ankle injury? Low ankle injury? How serious is it? Is it really a sprain? Is it broken? Is it bone related? Is it muscle related? How and when did he get it? What kind of treatment is he getting? Can't he just take a pain killer and suck it up and play through it? Why did they announce it now and not just before the game?

;)

Terrible stats from Malik this year:

14.3% from three, 50.8% from the lone, and more turnovers than assists.

What did you expect from him?

Remember, we recruited him, not because we were in love with his play, but because we needed to fill out a roster that first year, and Ellison was in no danger of being ineligible.

Got to be one of the toughest year's of Huggins coaching career (at least in recent history).
And Kentucky got shafted (not that that’s a bad thing)
It’s 2019...I support the rights of those who like to get shafted.

And win - biggest second half comeback in Coach K’s career.

Duke should win the championship this year.

Guess ESPN will now spend 3 days on this game.

I usually don't agree with sentiments like the one I'm about to say, because it's usually stupid, but:

Duke might actually beat the Knicks this year, if they played. I know that the entire Duke roster is not made up of professionals, but then again, neither is the Knicks roster.

No Chance. They would get smoked kids vs men. Depth and pace of play would kill them.

No shot. Come on Knicks are still a professional team. That is a dumb statement.

Dennis Smith Jr destroyed Duke 2 years ago with NC State and he didn’t get worse.

That's usually my mentality as well, but this Knicks team is really, really bad. They don't have 3 top 5 picks, like Duke does.

Plus, Duke might sweeten the pot by promising them Zion if they lose!... LOL!
