Adonis not Eligible?

I need a translator to understand this. What's your take?

From what I can tell, it's a lawsuit against Arbitello, alleging fraudulent business dealings. Has nothing to do with ADR.

Right or wrong, the tweet alleges Arbitello "gave up ADR" though. What a mess. Can't understand why Arbitello would do that. Oh well innocent until proven guilty I guess.

Our lucky day. Is there a saying about good things come in threes?

That would be excellent news indeed. ADR is my new favorite player, I think by January he can do 5 mins a game.

This news, while great for all if true, makes this saga even more bizarre. Why declare the kid ineligible without first doing your complete due diligence??????

You're a dope who doesn't know how to run a program?

In all seriousness, great news. I like ADR, and hope he can help us this season.

Who cares as long he is eligible. . They could have declared him ineligible to save themselves from some sort of NCAA problem if he played in games. None of us knows how this crap works they could have just been covering themselves. If we were UNC then it wouldn't have been a problem.

Where is Sammy from? Is he the guy who refs?

Seriously? Sam is The Maven, Avon's dad. C'mon man!

It appears to be a file confirming Arbitello lodged the complaint. I have not pulled it up.

That's so damned weird that a HS coach would do anything to hurt one of his own players. It's a good way to lose his entire team this year and destroy himself going forward. Considering his rants against Lavin, is he trying to hurt Lavin more than the kid?

De La Rosa will practice and dress for games, but sounds like Steve Lavin will take the cautious approach and wait for final classification.

Whatever the case may be, Arbitello is (in the words of Roman Moroni) a lousy cork soaker.

Also I wasn't aware that Avon was the Mavens son.

I thought that was common knowledge with folks calling him Hit and Chris at times. If it isn't or isn't supposed to be then Avon can request my post be taken down and sorry.

Honestly it is probably common knowledge. There are just certain posters that I kind of skip over their bs. Avon being one of them

So let understand this: he has such a hard-on for Lavin that he's willing to he hurt one of his ex-players and seriously damage his own rep amongst his current players, their families and the entire NY basketball community in general????? Doesn't make sense to me, which usually means there's more to the story. Even if he did have it in for Lavin, I doubt he would shoot himself in the foot like that. Guessing more of this story will come out in time.

I imagine that ADR and his family might care just a little. Hell I know I'd care if it was my kid. In fact I'd be pissed. The fact that they may have been "covering themselves" doesn't mean they handled this properly. Jerking a kid around like this, especially in the public eye, is not right. Even if the outcome turns out to be a favorable one.
