Entirely possible. Think his Dad played ball overseas. Just wondering at what point he says "I won't be back"? I guess this week. FWIW on his IG page he still lists himself as a member of the team.
 
Curbelo and Jones would need waivers to be able to play immediately if they were to transfer since they already used their free transfer. The NCAA has said those type of waivers won’t be granted except for extreme circumstances. I don’t know what they are going to do

If the NCAA really cares about kids, letting them play after a new coach comes in and tells them to leave seems like a good start.

The thing is, you can't have 13 all stars on the team. You also need kids who are willing to come off the bench and accept limited minutes. There are only so many minutes to go around. So that's where a kid like King or Traore can still fit here, if they have any interest in that role.

No clue as to who coach will bring in for this year and next but it certainly seems that if those 2 stick around and obviously improve under coach’s tutelage they will get pt as upper class men.
 
Should be an interesting week, with hopefully answers to a lot of questions regarding who's staying, who's going and who's coming. Just a guess, but I say that more kids stay then originally thought. Maybe we see 2-4 new kids, not the 6-8 number that was thrown around.

If RP really intends to bring in 6-8 new players (not sure if Gardner and YL are included in this number, but I will include them), then 5-7 current players would return. I'd like to see the following return:

Soriano
Storr
Traore (only because RP wants him)
Posh (would have to accept more limited role that RP determines)
Wusu (same)

Then:

Keita
King

All up to Rick, but I think David Jones, IF in control, would be a great 'keep'. Very talented, but as Johnny Fan has said he might be too taken to 'hero ball'. We shall see.
