Where the heck are you.
Mets are playing really well now. 3 out of the 2nd WC now, and you win the afternoon game you're back to 500. and deGrom pitches tomorrow.

You guys need smelling salt? :)

No, we’re Met fans. We have our style, mostly disbelief when we play well, kinda like the persona of Yankee fans bitching when they are only 30 games over .500. :p :p :p

Going to the DH today. Beautiful day out and hoping we can keep up the good play and maybe get to and get over .500 for first time in awhile.

No, we’re Met fans. We have our style, mostly disbelief when we play well, kinda like the persona of Yankee fans bitching when they are only 30 games over .500. :p :p :p[/quote] most of my friends dont even want to talk about how we're playing because we are all waiting for something bad to happen and we still need to dig ourselves out of the hole

Just got back from the game. Great atmosphere. Fans were really into it. Man I love Pete Alonso. Conforto hit a bomb to Coca Cola porch. JD Davis has been a steal. Hey from 11 games under .500 to 1 game over. Gives us a season at least.

Crowd was great. Good day to be at the game. No illusions this will last but fun for now.

Its one thing against the white sox/pirates/marlins.. its another against the Nats/Braves. Lets see how we do there before I go overly excited. Diaz needs to straighten himself out if we have any chance.

I agree to a degree. However, you need to beat who is on the schedule. I believe Nats, Braves, Fillies play same schedule. By the by, Mets 8-5 against Nats. Struggled against Fillies and Braves.

I would give him a look. He is struggling at the plate but still a good glove.

All that being said, I don’t see them as interested. They have Ruben Tejada and Dilson Herrera in Syracuse. Neither is on 40 man roster so they would have to clear space. You would think that would be easy given guys like Bashlor, Rhame etc are stiffs on the 40.

IMO they are both better options than Guillorme who is a good fielder but hasn’t hit at ML level. I

No problem taking a flier. Brach has had good seasons in the past. Maybe Regan can help fix him.

Just heard that Panik “expected” to sign after 1 p.m. Better than our alternatives on the current roster. St. John’s guy so I have to support our guy.
 
Glad to hear that they will sign Joe this PM--hopefully he can be in uniform for tonight. While he is having a down year he is heads above what they have with Cano out (Hechavaria and Guillorme)
