Replacing at least one of GSJ or Mitch would be the absolute bare minimum expected of this off-season. I'd say just replace everybody on staff, but since I doubt that'd happen this would be the next best thing.

Pinckney would probably be assigned to tutor the guards. Hearing Peter Dinklage in play as big man coach.

Admittedly had not heard of Hsu but I like what I’ve read. Would like him + 1 of the others with Mitch falling back.

Next year will be a disaster. Whatever coaches they eventually bring in will not be out on the court playing.

I know a lot of SJU folks have ties to Cabrini as well. Might be a connection there
 
You never know what is real with these lists, but Phelps I would assume has had excellent mentoring, working for Kyle Smith at Columbia and San Francisco. Loved him as a player also at CTK & Carolina too.

Pink, Phelps and Hsu would have been a better staff from Day 1
