We just fucking beat boston, we were 7.5 behind then now we're tied.
I'm gonna say this right now because I hate their gd fucking guts. Lets this one slip mods.

I'm a die hard yankee fan, have the 96 WS tickets from game 6.
But I'm paying their price for their millionaie players.

$21 tickets in citi field are $48 at yankee stadium. Bleachers which were the cheap seats are now 53-63.
Cheapest is not $28. others can and will pay their salary, but i wont.

As far as the struggling Betrances goes, I had no problem with him going over 1 inning and maybe bringing in Chapman for a 4 out save. In the struggling Betrances four previous outings his stats were 4 Innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks and 9 strikeouts. Those appearances included two against Houston and one two days earlier against Cleveland. The bad Dellin showed up before those four outings but he had another 3 good ones prior to that. Bad Dellin is bad, but he was going good,

The choices were 2 innings of Chapman, or Shreve. Holder, Cole and Hale ( the later two both being picked up after being designated for assignment by other teams and Hale was designated for assignment prior to that by the Yankees).
 
This team is red hot, but defense and base running continue to be a concern. Sanchez has regressed again. Nevin's send of Torres was ridiculous, and why didn't Stanton slide at the plate? Still love where they're at.
 
Sanchez misses Girardi and Pena for some good tutoring.

As far as ticket prices-Check the hawking sites, you can get great deals.

They are exciting to watch, and the Baby Bombers don't know how good they are. It is fabulous to see.
They have a lot of interchangeable parts on the team.

Agreed. Betances can't be blamed for getting a 320 foot popup.
 
when it rains but your seats are covered by the roof you can do this :)

Good points, when I posted it I was expecting a meltdown. He had a good string going until his second inning last Friday and IIRC those three straight hits weren’t all exactly well struck.

Can’t win them all. I do like this team.

I was in section 223 and covered last Saturday but didn’t need it. I’m in section 234 this Saturday but I further up and believe will not be covered. Forecast calls for rain on and off. Figures.
