Welcome back Julian!

According to "The Athletic", scouts think Justin might be a middle to late second round pick.  We shall see.
Did scouts think he might be a middle to second round pick or give him a middle to late second round grade.  There's probably 80-90 kids out there with mid to late second round grades or better from someone but far fewer picks.

IIRC, it said he would be a mid to late second round pick.

As OLV72 just pointed out NYC having fireworks show now in honor of Julian's instagram post

Tournament or bust.

Without question. And more of a chance than we may have in a while to do more than that.

I’ll admit I am a Mike Anderson follower, I am from Arkansas and still reside here but man this will be his best roster he has ever resembled by FAR! They are so freaking deep, and not only deep but have talent deep. With Julian coming back there are SOOO many different starting lineups!! What a 4th of July surprise!!! Y’all have a Johnny follower for life now!

Reports out that he is returning…

Interesting comments by Julian to the effect that he isn’t coming back to play the 4 or 5…understand his desire to put himself on best position for next year and don’t blame him. CMA will need strike a balance that ensures team results remain priority…Hoping we don’t see a replay of Ponds final season when he was so focused on impressing scouts with passing ability that it impacted his decision making

Julian wants more of a guard role and if that is the case I can see a

Posh
Wusu/Smith/Mathis
Champagnie
Wheeler
Soriano/Nyiwe lineup…

that goes 6’0, 6’3, 6’8, 6’9, 6’11 that’s a huge lineup!! I love it!

For selfish reasons I am really glad he is coming back. And I trust he believes that is right thing for him.  And I think SJU should be a top half BE team next year.

But if he had decided to leave and pursue his dream,, I would've been OK with that too. It's his future not mine.

Posh/Pinzon/Coburn
Wusu/Smith/Mathis
Champagnie/Mathis/Pinzon
Wheeler/Stanley/Traore
Soriano/Nyiwe

a crazy deep and talented roster. Only weakness would be if Posh got hurt as neither Pinzon or Coburn is a true pg.
I love the line up potentials.

Fun, upper BE tier season awaits

Wow!!!!  What great news.  We have a legit shot at the big east crown this year.  This is a top 25 team as well.

With julian and posh i believe we will be trotting out 2 of the best players in the country every night.

This is sooooooo exciting!
