Transfers

No surprise, per Rothstein
Syracuse's Kaleb Joseph will transfer, source told @CBSSports. Two years of eligibility remaining.

Gee, I totally forgot about him. Talk about falling off the face of the earth. From starter last year to bench warmer.

That being said, I don't see him wanting to come here with three guys (Lovett, Ponds and Mussini) already here and he will be a rs junior when eligible and they will be two sophomores and a junior.

And Ellison.

I didn't include him as I consider the other three PG options like Joseph (Mussini seeing more of the 2 but still an option). I don't see a need for Ellison to fill that role next year.

Drake 7-foot frosh Dominik Olejniczak will transfer, source told ESPN. High upside kid from Poland.

Creighton staff probably dialing phone. :)

Hey sorry if this is a silly question, but is there anyway to follow which transfer we are actually in on? Do offers get announced in the same way as HS recruits? I'm just reading a ton about guys leaving every school in the country but no information on where they might be going aside from pure speculation.

Per Evan Daniels;

Chinonso Obokoh will graduate and transfer from Syracuse, a source told Scout. Will be eligible right away.

or am i better off just looking at who Matt follows on Twitter?
Livingston, Simon & Clark seem probable to visit I sense. We'll see.

Paultz...other than Livingston (valued as a spaceeater) are the other 2 worth giving up multiple years worth of scholarships?

I have never seen any of these guys, but I would take Livingston to help up front, roll the dice on Simon, who hopefully just had a poor first year, & hold one scholly.
(Or add Kosta A rather than hold a slot)

Let's not forget a number of schools are in the hunt for these players. Should be an interesting couple of weeks.

While Livingston from a #'s perspective looks good, and even discarding the smaller school vs. BE concern, I'm most concerned by what makes this guy tick... who knows what happened, but knowing it all started while he was at a behavioral health unit of a hospital (for unknown reason) and was found to be acting irate and caused police to come to scene, makes it too much of a liability for my comfort to go with a still young group of players..

he'd fit right in on this board so I say get him

USC transfer Katin Reinhardt told ESPN he is looking at Marquette, Alabama, VCU, Uconn, Xavier, Providence, UTEP and Texas.

Sacred Heart transfer Cane Broom begins his visit to Cincinnati today. Also visits Creighton this weekend. Averaged 23.1 PPG last season.

Interesting how many low major guys like Broom are being courted by higher level teams. Btw, this kid from my general area, is very good & was overlooked in initial recruitment.
