I know Jordan will most likely be gone next year no matter what but we will still have Doughty, Barnes Thompkins and maybe Mussini in the mix.... is it either Lecomte or Mussini at this point cause I really cant see us having 4 point guards on the roster?

Doughty is definitely not a pg, and SBT is more of a two and a combo at best.

Is it fair to ask if the will they both still come/be wanted here with the coaching change?

Doughty is up to the staff since there's an LOI. SBT is up to him since there's not. Spring signing period started today. It will be interesting to see if SBT signs with STJ since I can't recall hearing boo about him since the coaching change.

There's been rumors about Doughty not qualifying since before he signed, so he may not be here even if the staff wants him. I imagine they would want him, though.

SBT was probably the lowest priority in terms of recruiting/re-recruiting, so that alone may push him out the door. But maybe they had a quick conversation with him saying they want him to stay, and he's in thinking-about-it mode.

I've been working off the premise that Christian and Adonis are gone. I think Balamou is here if he wants to be. Too many talented kids coming through OSNA to piss them off. If he wants to leave, bend over backwards to help him find a new school so he leaves on a positive note.

I think SBT said that he would stay committed to us and Samir signed so we should probably count him too.

Neither of them were and this post was in response to a post indicating Samir might not be eligible. It's signing week, let's see what happens with SBT.

I was wondering, whether Kenny Williams (he's a top 100 kid who recently reneged on VCU) had any interest in the Johnnies. It seems the staff are targeting PGs.

He's not a point guard, but he can shoot it. You can never have too many shooters.

If his family wants to see him play we are the closest major program other than Cuse to his home. Kid can ball and would be a very solid pickup with three years of eligibility. I will drive Coach Mullin to Kevin's home.
