Looks like Matt A is going to go after Ed Morrow from Nebraska. Averaged 9.4 and 7.5. 6-7 234. Sit Out transfer. Former top 100 recruit out of Chicago.

Also, I don't know if someone posted this already. But, MiKyle Mcintosh will be a grad transfer out of Illionis State. He is also 6-7 234. Avereaged 12.5 and 5.6.

If that's the case, staff must not feel confident about their high school targets. Would love to see a grad transfer materialize. I think having success next year is a key to future recruiting.
Perhaps the staff believes a bird in hand is better than ..., did that possibly ever occur to you ?
Would also love to see the grad transfer as would every other fan of the program but there still may be progress without the 5th year senior.
Suggest you climb off the ledge as there has been and continues to be constant progress with the program. Perfection, absolutely not , but certainly progress.
We just got a very good transfer last week filling a key position we may require next season , things are far from a crisis.

I don't think that is completly true. Before the 2016-17 season we could of had zero spots available for the 2017 recruiting class. Sima transferred mid-year, Ellison and Williams transferred after the season, and Feudenberg went back overseas. That left us with 4 available scholarships for 2017. As of now, next year we have 2 seniors in Ahmed and Alibegovic, so they will both be gone. LoVett will also most likely be done after his sophmore season. Then you have to assume at this point we lose at least 1 other unexpexted guy after next season. That leaves us with at least 4 open spots already for 2018. We already have Diakite and rumors are we are doing well with Luther Muhammad and Greg Williams. What i'm trying to say is there will be plenty of room for the '18 class no matter what we do with the incoming transfers this year.
Nikola Scekic is a 7'2 " 245 lb JUCO that played this year at same school as Bashir Ahmed. Was at New Mexico freshman year Seemed like ra ole player with 10 mpg and 4 pts , 2 rebs adapting to US game.
Would be great to just have a big body even in a limited capacity.
give me minimum 1 solid big man grad. We already have Dixon. Give me Heron if he becomes available I want him or give me either 1 to 2 either transfer forwards or big men who are either solid transfers who sit out or solid jucos or combination. Or Kante and 1 solid transfer who who sits who can play the 3 next year. Maybe numbers are off because I ate too much food just now but you get the drift
