He's a graduate transfer and eligible to play immediately as a transfer. That's why the two transfer rule does not apply. He's eligible to continue playing at Hofstra if he wanted to.

Yeah, you said he's no longer eligible to continue playing at Hofstra which is untrueHe's a graduate transfer and eligible to play immediately as a transfer. That's why the two transfer rule does not apply.
The new transfer rules confuse the crap out of me. I thought because he had spent 5 years in college (s) and was graduating he did not qualify.Yeah, you said he's no longer eligible to continue playing at Hofstra which is untrue
You know who wouldn’t be confused by this claim? Anyone who has played for Pitino this centuryAntoine Walker, Pope, Pelphrey and Mashburn among others are confused by this claim.
Maybe Coach Pitino in person AND by reputation - Bobby Knight ish - scared this young man off. Let’s face it the understanding of HCRP is that he runs a tough, strict, highly demanding program! Maybe Storr couldn’t handle that.Sorry if this is a repeat that I missed...so hard to keep track lately. What does Storr see in RP that doesn't match up with this quote and him wanting to be somewhere he will make an impact. Pretty sure he could make an impact at SJU. Not a judgment...just confused. I would think he'd have that playing for RP.
“I want to be on the floor and have the trust of my coach,” Storr said. “I want to play for a coach who lets his players play through mistakes. Nobody is perfect on the court and I want a coach that understands the player aspect.”
Forget who it was, but did see a non SJU person on Twitter tweet a gif of Pitino on the announcement of that kid hitting the portalLongtime reader, heard a rumor about Ugonna Oneyso from Kentucky. Anyone else hear that. Would be the perfect backup to Soriano and then take over next year…
