Thanks Fordham, was wondering why and thought maybe the NCAA wanted 100% of all news focused on the Final Four and Championship Game and the 'glow' for the Champion afterwards.

I wouldn’t worry about Clayton. He is very close with RP.

I think we get three of our top transfer portal targets this year and #54 ranked, Sir Muhammed, for next year.

Beyond that, I am mildly concerned that recruiting here won’t be as easy as RP hoped. The fans and alumni need to step up big with money for us to compete with NIL giants. We really need to strike now while we have the momentum.
 
I'm forgetting how long these transfers take to pop.... drawn out month-long process?

When Wheeler/Smith/Mathis/Joel came in- felt like it happened quickly...

Well, it's actually a 3 hour flight to Orlando. It's also 1 1/4 hour drive from Lake Wales to the MCO and then there's the time to get checked in, through security, and boarding procedures. ;)

Driving 2 hours in Florida feels like driving 4 hours anywhere else.

I don't know much about these players other than what I've read in various articles. I've seen Clayton listed as a SG/CG/PG from different sources. Any idea if he is a PG?

He can play both spots. Great spot up shooter. Good instincts as a passer and high basketball IQ. He could definitely play point full-time if he had to, but he’s probably best suited for playing alongside someone who can carry some of those responsibilities.

Think the Russ Smith role next to some version of Peyton Siva distributing more.

Yeah, as Jack W said above, to paraphrase lol, all 3 would reset the roster and--with Joel--resestablish a winning culture on St. John's mem's hoops.
