Transfer Portal

What do you mean?

2 waivers? Who?

They would all need grad transfer waivers which is pretty pro-forma. But I am not aware of anyone of them already having used both their 1 time transfer exception AND also a waiver and now needing a SECOND waiver...Which one is that?

Wahab is transferring for the 3rd time in 3 years. He used his one time exception and then needed a waiver last year. And will need another waiver this year and he is not even a grad transfer yet...LOL
Was under the impression they all used their free 1-time transfer (could be completely wrong, don't fact check me lol)

And then with the new transfer rules (Rothstein posted a while ago and has been shared here) - thought everyone (grad transfers included) needed waivers if they are moving for a 2nd time

Yes and I agreed with that, but that is not Wahab.

Wahab needs a SECOND waiver? What are you missing?

Wahab transferred to Maryland in 2021 from Georgetown using his 1 time exception. He then transferred back to Georgetown last year (2022) and needed a waiver. Which he got. He is now transferring for a 3rd time as a Junior to PSU. So for him to be able to play next year he will need a SECOND WAIVER. Quinn Slazinski has not gotten a waiver before. He transferred from Louisville to Iona and used his 1 time exception. He is now going to transfer to SJU as a grad transfer and will need a waiver for the FIRST TIME as a grad transfer waiver. How is that the same as Wahab?

Again Wahab is asking for a SECOND WAIVER....

Are you conflating Waiver with One time Exception? They are two different things. Wahab has already used his 1 time exception AND he has been granted a WAIVER for his second transfer.

Missed the 2nd waiver point... my bad.

Well worth a look

Not sure why he waited this long. Unless he thought about going pro even then he could still enter Portal.

He's another Ivy Leaguer with little choice. He played 3 years because Ivy did not participate in the 20-21 season. So he still has eligibility but by Ivy rules he cannot play in the Ivy League as a post graduate player similar to Ledlum. So if he wants to play he has to transfer

He originally entered the NBA Draft. I'm guessing he didn't hear the feedback he wanted to go all in.

This dude usually has solid info, so my interest is piqued.

Yeah no idea who he is but he really has his pulse on everything going on. I just don't see Dingle going to Kentucky to come off the bench to two freshman guards.
