Having posh, curbello and pinzon on the floor together is going to be magic out there. I dont think there is a trio in the big east with a higher basketball IQ. The ball movement and passing is going to be special.

with the addition of David Jones, this team is much better then last years.

Glad got Curbello and love Posh
We lost our best 2 (only) shooters from a bad team......
Not sure how going to score but would def like to see them make an effort to get Soriano more touches.

Jones can get points as well, especially in and around the paint. He’s a hustler which we need. We actually have a lot of guys who can score.. Add all of our other guys and we have plenty that can score. We may not be the best shooters overall but have a lot of scoring options. One shooter would help. Now let’s land this kid before getting too excited…

MCNPA....point taken and I agree that we have a number of guys that can score the basketball. However, as a team, you want to force your opponent to defend at all three level. Otherwise, they can over-commit to your strengths. This is where the concern comes from. It's a valid.

Again I like Jones a lot
Not as good a shooter as either JC or Wheeler
In current form even with Jones this might be one of worst 3 point shooting teams in recent memory

Is Jones a decent defender? We’re all focusing on shooting and scoring, which is fair, but we really need to improve defensively.

Let’s not forget that Wheeler’s shooting numbers were lousy before last year and Champagnie barely shot 30 percent from three last year. That said, I agree we desperately need to add another shooter although I’d be thrilled if we get Jones.

I generally expected JC and Wheeler to hit their shots
They at least looked comfortable taking the shot
No one on the roster looks comfortable from 3
Jones would probably be our best 3 shooter
Can the Cole kid shoot?
