After all that was said the last week regarding this “injury”, at this point if he does play against Xavier, I’m gonna say this is all a smoke screen he is doing about this “injury”. Throw the other teams off.

We will need a good game from Smith to beat a surging Xavier team. Playing in a lop sided Seton Hall game was foolish at best with the up coming schedule. Players want to play, they don’t always consider their issues. This kind of injury can definitely screw up a players shooting. Considering Kadary’s lack of outside shooting and Wilcher’s forever slump, not a good situation.
Either that or Moose should be under surveillance
Hindsight is 20/20, but tell me again why Smith played in the Hall game when both the coach and trainer decided he wouldn’t.
Team could use him against X and moving forward, but he wasn’t needed in a game he entered up 13 points.
The meaningless minutes he played may really hurt if he misses significant time starting Wednesday.

If true, inexcusable and irresponsible that staff listened to Smith's desire and couldn't tell by just watching him in warmup or practice day before he was not fit to play.
17 minutes vs Hall to get some burn?
Pitino gets an F for this decision unless he's full of crap and Smith has solid game on Sat.

He didn’t suffer a setback but not sure if he’ll play???? If he doesn’t play annd play better after playing last game then that’s a setback.
