SJU Portal Targets

Think that might be why Brady went portalling.

I think Imran was the cause of that. I'd imagine this kid would replace someone else. We still aren't down to that 6-7 returning player # Pitino threw out two weeks ago.

I like how this kid's highlights have him stepping into the lane to steal several passes from the baseline like Kadary did. We get so many of those chances because guards think they can beat Zuby and Prey off the bounce, realize they can't, and then throw it out helplessly.

Well sophomore Sim or junior Sellers, whatya got?

The 6-7 number just as well could be 7-8.

Having a bench with shooters would be great. Can Sellers bring the ball up, or is he more of a secondary handler after the offense gets set in the half court?

I would be happy with the add. Slightly better rebounder than sim. A little bigger. This year there is no question who the better shooter was. I know a lot of us would have been questioning this add if it was after his sophomore year. That's what makes this portal so tough.

per 40 Min

I know they were talking with him but wasn't sure how the ASU kid impacted ...maybe with Brady leaving ...Hes a GREAT kid, super high basketball IG
- Im hearing some Lowe chatter. Was told don't worry about the low 3% hes deadly from the line, tough kid and Rick loves his rebounding. Again don't know the kid just a name I've heard more than once

Not to start a whole debate here but Sim flipped on UNC to come here Day 1. Something that would never have happened 3 years ago mind you. I would like to reward that and have him play an important role in 25-26, not recruit over him. Not to mention he could EASILY be a star player next year and has all the tools to do it.

I didn't want to give names, but, yeah, Sim is who I was thinking.

I've only seen the highlights. You could make a 4 minute highlight of Sim that makes him look like a lottery pick to be fair. You really have to watch games from a good, bad, and average game to make a remotely educated decision.

Push comes to shove and I'm sticking with Sim.
