Lots of positives with the win tonight. Joel was great in all facets. Dingle scored aggressively and played some defense. Defense overall by the team was very good. Great to see the bench play the final 12 minutes. Team rebounded the way the should have against SH, and really shared the ball well all night.

Just a couple negative. Zuby, whose energy I love, should not dribble at the top of the key. Sim did not have his best game. Had moments, and he will be a good one, but tonight he made a lot of mistakes which is what games like tonight are for. Lastly, Ledlum. He gets his shot blocked more than DAW, and this was against a team with no one over 6'8. What is going to happen in conference? That has to get figured out.

I agree here. Soriano is a skilled big man with heavy feet. Zuby has great feet but lacks skill.

Zuby has the potential to be a tournament caliber first big man off the bench by March, but it will be because if his effort, offense rebounding, and quickness.

Ledlum's two best games were against Utah and West Virginia, the two biggest teams we've played. Maybe he's more comfortable against bigger teams, which makes no sense (since he's not a center), but some guys are like that.

He has to play. He's our second best rebounder.
 
Really liked what I saw tonight. Under MA, we prob win this by 8.

Dingle impressed tonight. That is the dingle we are going to need come big east play. He is our most gifted scorer and needs to get us 15 plus a game.

Onto BC!

I agree, he has to play because he is a good rebounder, but he should never drive the lane unless he is planning to kick it out, or go up strong for a dunk (which I am not sure he can do off the dribble)

Yes, a very good practice, they did what they neded to.

Now lets murder BC by 25pnts, and that won't even satisfy me.

Every game until the Xavier game will not satisfy, to me every game (BC and Fordham), even if blowouts, will be just another step to getting back to where we freaking belong.

I guess you can say I'm obsessed after 23 long heart aching years of nothing.

Thank God for Shanley bringing in Pitino.

You can already see the difference this year though, we're smoking the schools we are supposed to smoke.
In past years those schools would stay within single digits with 2 minutes remaining.

That's a good first step o our mission to being where we belong.

Do you get a chance to go to games? If not, we need to get you there because you definitely seem like someone who would really amp the crowd up -- shirt removal and twirling it over your head-type stuff while running and dancing up and down the stairs. 😁

Went to the Michigan game, sat in the 2nd half all quiet and pissed.

Thinking about going vs. BC at the Barclays.
Going to 2 games in February (UConn & Creighton)
