I am pulling for Forte but the Derby is a tough one and I think there are horses as fast maybe faster that will get a good jump on him. Hopefully he can wear them down with his great closing kick.

I totally agree that I would like to see Soriano out there for 30+ minutes which he was last year. The concern is always foul trouble which hopefully is limited but you need a plan for when that happens.

Santa Anita had that problem last year. Accidents and bad luck happen, but this is an industry that is extremely taxing on the horses, jockeys, and the back barn staff.

No reason the triple crown can’t be raced at 4 years old and jockeys can’t race at 125lbs. Jockeys especially bugboys should have to flip to make weight. I don’t care about tradition or track records. If we stop the abuse people will be more interested in racing again.

Go look at football ratings. A five star kid might be .95 and a three star .90. with 100 players between them. you cannot tell me that's a material difference.

Dingle, Luis and Ware would be a solid way to fill the last 3 ships. Dingle the clear prize of that group though still

Dingle is the alpha scoring guard Pitino referenced. Luis is a high upside kid that could allow for some small ball action with him, Taylor and Dunlap at the 4 in spots. Ware is the backup C the team needs and could be an option at the 4 with Soriano at the 5 if the opponent requires us to play bigger along the frontline.
