This is such a beautiful turning of the page, from "we just need bodies." My hope is of course Dingle and Mgbako, but Dingle and a quality PF who can help on boards would make me happy

Oh where are the posters here who were complaining that we didn't sign a recruit yet? As a lot of us said, now look at the roster compared to last year how are we not looking much better. Wusu or Glenn or Dunlap? Our new kids are much better quality in my opinion.

We have all been used to nothing but disappointment as SJU fans we all need to realize times have changed. We already have a better team than last year and Pitino is not done yet.

Definitely very happy with this one not so much for what Brady can do for us next year, but for how he can develop.

More importantly, it reflects that even if we are at a significant disadvantage on the NIL front, Pitino’s reputation and charisma can attract top talent under the right circumstances. I was afraid that might not be the case. It should only get easier to attract top talent if we win.

I thought yesterday’s pickup was solid and may have a more immediate impact, but this one excites me more for the reasons above.
