Trilly broke the (bad) Clayton news while St. John's Twitter "insiders" were saying that very moment that Clayton was heading to St. John's. Now those same "insiders" who argued with and mocked Trilly about the Clayton news (before it was confirmed) are piggybacking off his takes pretending they know something, while offering nothing at all in addition ("someone is committing but I don't know when it'll be official!"). Trilly has been arguably the most reliable source on Twitter not just for St. John's but the overall basketball world. He's hasn't missed yet in regards to St. John's and 100% knows things which nobody else has leaked.

Nan I think it's because he used that same .gif yesterday for the Taylor news. He was likely referencing his own post.
