The amount of time it takes us to set up any kind of play is insane. Easily 5 - 7 seconds before the ball moves.

I'm really curious what our practices are like. These habits should be getting stomped out in practice.

Every offensive set is, well offensive. A player tries to go one on one , then either forces up a bad shot or after waisting 10 seconds and getting stuck, passes out to someone else who does the same thing. It's middle January, shouldn't they have plays?
