Nothin like a "must-win" Conf game.... before Christmas! lol.... I get the point though. We sh*t the bed in the OOC (we did... don't act like we didn't)... We need to "dominate" conf play... and to do so... a win at a mediocre at best Providence is a must.

It's a must win in the sense that we'll have to have a few sweeps (at least) in conference play against Prov/Butler/Villanova/Georgetown, and absolutely sweep DePaul/Seton Hall. I'd rather have some type of cushion now. The Delaware game on Dec 28th is just annoying me more and more.
Big TRAP game there... dont like it either... crowd will be super weak... guys not up for it...
Almost would like to start PRey and Jaiden to make sure we got kids with something to prove on the floor...i know, its a silly thought to think "college kids/pros" wouldnt be Up to Play EVERY game...lol... but thats facts... Delaware 3 days after Christmas isn't moving the needle for them...
I don't blame them. If we had a great vibe at Carnesseca every game, I'd be less forgiving. I really wish that was the Alabama game at MSG. Get that one more resume win and have a week to prepare.

If we ever want to turn the corner, then yes, this game is a must.
I have been really quiet on this board, I really like what I been seeing in 2nd half of games, and all game against DePaul. With saying that, I don't want to get a false confidence.
Win this game and I'll be all in again, it doesn't have to be a 20+ win, just get a win.
