I didn't see on the replay, what he did to justify the first T. They let the replay run for about 30 seconds, but I didn't see him do anything.

Late in the game, Mullin appeared to take out a season's worth of wrath on Stu Jackson. Maybe that was not the right time and place for it, but I don't blame him.

Cooley deserves some credit as one of the only coaches to truly exploit all of our weaknesses, 40 minutes in both games. Wojo and the new guy at Butler should take notes. Xavier is not a good matchup for us. Most of Marquettes bigs like to hang out on the perimeter, Villanova has no real bigs. Double Ponds and take your chances that Clark, Heron and Figueroa will miss from long range.
 
I just hope for NC Johnnies sake that we get to play on Thursday of the BET. No longer a guarantee.

I wrote in the pre-game thread that this team needed to "show up". So what do they do, COMPLETE NO SHOW. I know people had us as a lock for the Tournament. Well you know what? This is a team undeserving of a bid. They should have been playing like their hair and shorts were on fire and they played like this? No excuses. Guys think we have players going to the NBA? No way. They are kidding themselves.

Stu Jackson deserves it. Will never forget that he and Val shoved that BS Seton Hall explanation down our throats like we're all morons. No respect for either one of them,

For those of you who like a strong bench. We got 21 points on 8-16 shooting, 2-4 from 3, 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks and only 3 turnovers.

It’s a bad matchup. We got swept. It’s over. But the worst part is that the Xavier team we haven’t played yet is also an equally awful matchup. And so is DePaul on the road. Saturday is shaping up to be a complete must win for this team

The two teams we match up with best, are the two best teams in the league (well, maybe Creighton too, because the big guys they have are nothing special).

Horrendous game on so many levels. You can only blame “bad matchups” for so much. If we can’t at least be consistently competitive with these so-called mediocre teams, then what does that make us?
